Lebih diutamakan bagi kandidat dengan pengalaman bekerja pada perusahaan Asuransi Jiwa dan lembaga finansial lainnya. Pendidikan minimal S1 engan IPK 3.00 dari Universitas terkemuka kecuali untuk no. 24 s/d 26, pendidikan D3 jurusan medis (Keperawatan, Apoteker, Farmasi, Kesehatan Masyarakat, dll)
Bahasa Inggris aktif
Persyaratan Khusus:
Untuk Division Head/Deputy dan Manager, memiliki track record yang baik dan kredibel di industri perasuransian
No.24 & 25, bersedia dengan status Out source
No.24 bersedia dengan sistem jam kerja shift
