September 2005 was a major milestone for the Company. Upsizing on all fronts, XL became a public company listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange [now known as the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)]. Currently, the majority of XL's shares are held by Axiata Group Berhad ('Axiata') through Axiata Investments (Indonesia) Sdn Bhd. (66.6%) and Emirates Telecommunications Corporation (Etisalat) through Etisalat International Indonesia Ltd. (13.3%).

XL is now leading the industry as a cellular telecommunications provider with extensive coverage throughout Indonesia. Manager – CS Operations Performance & Quality Assurance

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to develop, coordinate in providing performance reporting & quality assurance analysis for XLC Nationwide, Contact Center 817, Corporate & Premium Service, Outbound Team, Customer Experience Helpdesk and Activation Team on customer experience handling, complaint & inquiry, and KPI performance for all units to ensure service performance of CS
  • Manage customer service consolidation report & analysis activities to control in producing timely customer service operation reports through gathering and processing all internal & external information sources for performance monitoring
  • Establish, Monitor , Update and Maintain centralize database management related to customer service operation to lead develop and maintain comprehensive database integration which centralized all of customer service operation performance and customer interaction management
  • Coordinate with VADS to lead finding factual situation, condition, and performance of Call Center from Call Observation and Repeat Call Validation
  • Manage comprehensive data analysis, identification and development of key strategic enhancement to develop valuable and reliable information for Customer Service Operation and XL Management.
  • Define Measurement and target standardization for all units in CS to decide standardization on measurement and target for all units in customer service
  • Develop team with advance in customer handling knowledge, data analysis and presentation and extend knowledge in network aspect including MDS service. It will be helpful to analyze complaint from different perspective beside customer perspective to support team member.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in all discipline preferably in IT or Telecommunication or experience in CS operational support in managerial level from service industry minimum 5 years
  • Broaden and depth understanding of Customer Service area
  • Ability to perform data analysis using CAATS methods (Computer Assisted Auditing Techniques)
  • Good knowledge of Project Management
  • Have an technical expertise related IT, Billing, and CS system


Engineer Data Center Non Billing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree from Telecommunication, Electro and Computer Engineering discipline with experience related IT Application
  • Have understanding related Operating Systems (Sun Solaris, Unix, Windows, Linux)
  • Have understanding related Database System (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, Teradata)
  • Good knowledge of Monitoring & Management System Applications (SOA, SOA SPM, SOA Hawk, I3, Foglight)

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail
