EstimatorResponsibilities:
- Make an estimated calculation of the value of the project.
- Understand the working drawings and analyze project work.
- To the field to supervise and monitor the progress of the project QC project to fit the original plan target.
- Make the analysis of the work unit, and calculate the volume of material needs.
Requirements:
- Male / Female, 22-30 years old.
- S1 Civil / Architectural Engineering S1.
- At least 3 years experience in the same field.
- Mastering the Auto CAD program, and SAP.
- Mastering the different types of interior materials, furniture, buildings.
- Mastering and understanding the engineering / construction of furniture, interiors, buildings.
- Conscientious, energetic and able to work under pressure.
- Full of ideas, innovative, creative, energetic, have good presentation skills.
- Able to communicate well, work together as a team, and loyalty to the company.
Interior Design / Architect
Responsibilities:
- Project planning (concept, design, material specification / technical, cost estimates).
- Account Executive became an assistant to prepare all purposes relating to the design project.
- To the field to supervise and monitor the progress of the project QC project to fit the original plan target.
- Do development with the development of techniques of information design / furniture.
- Doing the work progress reports periodically to the project manager.
Requirements:
- Male / Female, 22-30 years old.
- Interior Design Education S1 / S1 of Architecture.
- Fresh graduate / at least 3 years experience in the same field.
- Mastering CAD program, 3DMax, V-Ray, Photoshop, Corel, Ms office.
- Mastering the different types of interior materials, furniture, buildings.
- Mastering and understanding the engineering / construction of furniture, interiors, buildings.
- Conscientious, energetic and able to work under pressure.
- Full of ideas, innovative, creative, energetic, have good presentation skills.
- Able to communicate well, work together as a team, and loyalty to the company.
