Lowongan Kerja Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS) - Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (IDIC) is an independent institution appointed by the Government of Indonesia to safeguard the interest of Bank customers in Indonesia. IDIC officially began its operations in 2005 and based in Jakarta. IDIC was established by the Government of Indonesia by virtue of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 24 of 2004 concerning the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation. In conducting deposit insurance function, IDIC, in 2010, has protected depositors in spite of 1,990 banks that operate in Indonesia, which compressed of it is commercial banks, rural banks, or islamic based rural banks. Based on IDIC annual report 2010, with a maximum amount of deposit insured of Rp2 billion, in 2010, the deposit insured by IDIC recorded at the amount of Rp1,435.2 trillion or 60.53% of total deposit.

In order to improve organizational performance, today LPS requires  candidates who  qualified, credible, accountable and have high integrity  and commitment  to occupy the following positions:

DIREKTUR HUKUM DAN PERATURAN

General Requirements:

   1.  Minimum age 45 years and maximum 53 years on 1 Maret2012.
   2.  Physically and mentally healthy.
   3.  Minimal degree with educational background S1bidang Hukumdan / or S2 degree in Law.
   4.   Have work experience of at least 2 (two) years sebagaiDirektur or 3  (three) years, the equivalent of chief of the Division / Group Headdi  law and regulations.
   5. Preferred experience working in a Legal Consultant and / or a lawyer, a legal counsel in the banking industry / capital markets,
   6.   Preferred, especially for those who master the law of criminal  procedure, and have experience working as an attorney experienced in  handling litigation and criminal cases perbankandan litigation  experience.
   7. Preferred has a certificate of Peradi kepengacaraan, training in law, litigation, courts, legal aid and compliance ( legal compliance ).
   8.  Control of the Banking Law / Banking Law.
   9.  Have English language skills orally and in writing sertamahir using a computer and its applications.
  10. Never been sentenced for committing criminal acts that have permanent legal force ( in kracht ).
  11.   Not tied to the relationship of husband / wife, father / mother-in-law /  daughter, child of the / step / adopted children, siblings / step with  an employee who has worked in the LPS.
  12.  Willing to participate in the selection process in accordance with the provisions of LPS
