Responsibilities:
* Conduct for training process
* Evaluation for training program
* Initiates and compile training program
* Create and developing moduls
Requirements:
* Male and Female, with max age 35 years old
* Bachelor degree from Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communication/ Public Relations, Business Administration or its equivalent from reputable University (GPA 3.00)
* Min 1 years relevant working experience (in teaching or training areas)
* Interest in developing people and excel in delivering management skill subject (leadership, coaching counseling, communication, motivation, etc)
* Good communication skill as well as interpersonal skill
* Willing to travel
